These bars are a great pre workout snack and are high in omega 3’s!
1 cup walnuts (120 g)
1 and 1/3 cups pitted dates (220 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
optional: dash of salt
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Scoop into balls, or push into 8×8 pan and cut into bars. Enjoy!
